Service Administrator
Trillium has an immediate opening for a Service Administrator in Concord, NC!
This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking individuals with commercial customer service experience. The Service Administrator will assist with customer requests via email and phone, support materials management, which includes shipping, receiving, and returning of parts, and be responsible for administrative support within the branch.
Schedule is Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary ranges from $24-26/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial customer service experience
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- SAP experience is a plus but not required
